City of Chicago Summer Festival Training
The City of Chicago Summer Festival Training is vendors who intend to participate in temporary outdoor events in the City of Chicago. This informative and comprehensive 2.5-hour class is required for all summer festival food service vendors and covers all topics related to outdoor food handling and proper festival sanitation protocols.
This class can be held virtually or in-person.
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course & Certifying EXAM
This class is intended for food service managers including restaurant owners, executive chefs, caterers, and retail foodservice employees. Attendees learn up-to-date regulatory information about food borne illness, how to prevent it, how to train employees in food safety and sanitation. This session includes 8 hours of ServSafe® Food Protection Manager training and the certifying exam.
This is an in-person class. Please note if you are registering for the one day or two day format.

Possesses the following certifications: PCQI Trainer, ServSafe Instructor and Proctor, Certified Internal Auditor, SQF Practitioner, Certified HACCP Practitioner.
Held positions in Quality Assurance, catering, and apprentice artistry.
Specialties: Trained culinary artist, menu development, technical writing, product development, and internal auditing.
